About the course

There are number of institutions providing B.Sc.(ZBC) course in States, but B.Sc.(ZBC) from KCMT is unique. We provide excellent learning conditions with individual attention to all students. Objective of the course is to provide a broad overview & appreciation of animal & plant diversity, explore the physical, morphological & physiological characteristics of flora & fauna, and develop an understanding of basic genetics & the role of genetics in natural selection.

There is a provision of regular Assignment, Unit-Test as per lecture plans. Interactive teaching using Audio-Visual Aids as per lecture plans handed over to the students in beginning of the session. Extremely qualified faculty guide the students in order to develop passion towards the Science subjects.

After doing B.Sc in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, one can pursue M.Sc in any of these subjects. One can also think of doing B.Ed; which will make him/ her eligible for teaching in high schools. The options are vast and many. Once the post graduation is done, preparation for NET/JRF/SLET can be done; qualifying which will make you eligible for lectureship. Studying genetics or other super specialized fields like plant anatomy, physiology, floriculture, neurobiology, biotechnology, biochemistry is another good idea. Research and development is also a sort after field. One can try for government jobs like banks and other competitive exams in various fields. Master of Business Administration is another attractive option for post graduation after B.Sc (ZBC) Careers in teaching in schools & colleges where any of the science subjects is an important discipline is yet another option. 10+2 Science with Biology. Aggregate 45% marks (40% for SC and ST)

ADMISSION PROCESS

Direct admission will be done at the college based on Personal Interview and Merit of the students at 10+2 level or as per the guidelines thus set by the governing university i,e. MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.
