About the course

B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics is 3 year undergraduate course in physics. This course includes all the applicable concepts like energy and force in addition to that also includes the normal bachelor’s subjects like mathematics and chemistry.

Difference From B.Sc-Physics

B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics course also has many specializations like acoustical physics, astrophysics, astronomy, biophysics, fluid physics, etc.

Scope

After the completion of this course, the candidates have a wide range of job opportunities in the employment areas like Power generating companies, pyrotechnics manufacturing, research and development firms, technical journals, Indian civil services, etc. There also available various job types like a professor, radiation oncologist, consulting physicist, etc.

Eligibility

The minimum eligibility criterion is a score of at least 45% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) at10+2 or equivalent level. 

Fees

Rs. 24,500

NOTE: Academic Fee can be paid in 2 equal installments, Ist at the time of admission and IInd in the month of November. 10% to 15 % increment will be done in the academic fees every year.

• 2% rebate is allowed on fees (Academic and Bus fee only) if the entire fees is paid at once.
• The above fees doesn't include the University Examination Fee.
